We are looking to hire an Assistant Brand Manager for, Lakme Skin based in M umbai HO

Here is how your day at Unilever would look like:
Handle a 200cr+ portfolio of Premium Lakme Skin products
Deliver on the innovation plan for the year working with partner functions (SC, R&D, CMI, Finance, Legal
Manage end-to-end influencer program for Lakme Skin (Kit creation, Content creation, Influencer selection) along with agency partners
Lead channel discussions for e-Com (Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), LakmeIndia.com & theUshop.in
Media planning for digital deployment of assets across FB/IG/YT/OTT
Create mobile 1st content for e-Com websites & win with performance + display marketing on e-Com
Create content for Lakme India Instagram handle (Photo Shoots, GIFs, Videos, etc)
Regular connects to understand the consumers & business better especially in the digital domain
Build Skin Care business on LakmeIndia.com & theUshop.in
Key Skills & Requirement:
3-6 years of experience in marketing – ideally with deep exposure to e-Com/digital marketing
Consumer Focus – a data-driven understanding of how consumers engage with digital media and how that affects their purchase behaviours
Domain Expertise – practitioner-level knowledge of Digital Ecosystems & the role they play in consumer journeys in key markets AND how Media Planning works within these ecosystems
Growth Mindset – focused on delivering digital strategies that contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Competencies:
You thrive in the need for speed , and can deliver great output in short turnaround time-frames
Collaboration comes naturally to you – you can derive the best out of cross-functional teams like Media, eCommerce, CMI, etc.
You have good rapport/relationships with external partners – media agencies, platform & publishers like Facebook, Google, etc.
You understand the world of Beauty & Personal Care (Skin Care) and are truly connected to millennials
You have great storytelling skills and can capture milestones and inspire teams to always propel forward
