Job description: Global Assurance (Forensics) Budgeting and PMO Manager
Grade: Assistant Director
The opportunity
As Global Assurance (Forensics) Budgeting and PMO Manager, you will enable the Global Assurance Business Development Operations Leader by managing all strategic financial planning processes including budgeting, planning, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting. You will also assist the Global Assurance BDOL in process optimization efforts and establishing best practices across the function. Additionally, you will also collaborate with senior leadership and technology teams, fueling strategic finance transformation initiatives at the Global level cutting across Area’s, Market Segments, Industry Markets and Sectors, in partnership with Core Business Services Functions including Brand Marketing & Communications, Knowledge, Markets Finance, Talent, Learning & Development etc. The role warrants working across diverse teams, geographies (and time zones) to leverage knowledge, resources and tools that help deliver exceptional quality service to clients, win in the marketplace and support growth and profitability.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Global Assurance BD Operation leader in optimizing the operations and streamlining the strategic planning process for the Forensics offering ensuring achievement of key milestones. You will work with various senior leaders in the organization and the Finance function to help your stakeholders in managing, maintaining, tracking and reporting their budgets. You will also work closely with the Program leaders and technology counterparts assessing progress of development of various technology solutions, ensuring they are on track and providing timely updates to the leadership. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for the Forensics leadership in your function.

To qualify for the role you must have
Excellent financial management skills
Excellent communication abilities and experience
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Good project management skills and change management skills
Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex efforts at a global level
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence
Ideally, you’ll also have
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent area of study or experience)
10-15 years of experience with 7+ years of experience in core finance or accounting
Influencing and networking skills
Ability to help senior leaders by driving financial processes and making the process smooth for them
