Job Description : Understand the requirements properly and develop dashboards and tools using VBA/BI Tools with high standardsEnsure to keep proper documentation of projects by creating and updating standard templates, SOPs, and QC checklistsContribute towards the process improvement of current deliverablesInteract and develop strong relationship with external and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are of highest quality, delivered on time and as per the client’s specificationsEffective and timely responses to the ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholdersOptimal self/team utilizationGood analytical skillsHigh proficiency in Excel/VBA developmentVery good handhold in various BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik preferred)Good understanding on RDBMS, SQL & PPTVery strong verbal and written communication skillsShould have worked in agile environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently in managing the assigned projectsSelf-motivated towards achieving individual goals as part of organisational goalPrior experience working in analytics and on performance-based reports.Pharma knowledge is preferred
