Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities: Knowledge of website development, Updating database, Research and analyze data for any digital platform requirement. Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbersCreating strategies to increase online traffic to the organization’s websiteAttaining specific goals in generating leads, lead qualification, marketing communication, building brand image and conversion of the leadsTaking care of everything from SEO, SEM to Social Media MarketingCreating Social Media Marketing strategies to create a brand name in Social Media and raise awarenessImproving the user experience on the company’s website (Includes design, content and usability)Marketing of digital products such as websites and mobile applications in both ways – Online and Offline. It includes giving ideas for printed materials such as brochures and posters as well as executing online marketing campaignsUsing Digital Marketing strategies for marketing a product, whether digital or not. This includes online adverts, viral Youtube videos or any online marketing campaignMonitoring the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts, evaluating them and taking proper measures to improve the performance, measuring their impact and effectivenessCollecting and Evaluating customer feedback dataEvaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategiesCreating and executing SMS and E-mail based marketing campaignsExecuting Social Media efforts and striving to improve the results in terms of KPIs e.g. likes, shares, tweets, etcReviewing and actively managing website and other online assets and sourcesAnalyzing market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.Skills and qualifications;1) good knowledge of internet and marketing is mandatory for this role2) A graduate qualifies for this role whereas a higher relevant education and /or experience would be an added advantage3) Minimum 5 years of experience in handling above responsibilities and activities is desireJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 5 years (Preferred)total work: 7 years (Preferred)
