Job Responsibilities
Preparation of Plot plan layout
Equipment Layout drawings, skid layout drawingsEquipment foundation Layout drawings
Pipe routing & G.A of pipingProviding vessel orientation drawingsPipe fittings, valves welding Module drawingsStandard drawings for commonly used assemblies, pipe fittings3 – D models of piping , layoutsCivil, Architecture & Structural Drawing ReviewVendor/Supplier drawings reviewPipe support drawingSite tracing of piping systems and preparation of as-built drawings
Education & Experience
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Piping, Hydraulic preferred with 4-8 years of experience in EPC (Project Based) companies for Breweries, Fruit processing, Beverage, Pharma.
CAD Certification is a must.
Knowledge/Skills
Sound knowledge of Auto CAD 2D and 3D software (solid edge preferred)
Sound knowledge of standards and codes like ASME, U-stamp, ENKnowledge of SS materialAbility to transfer, display and manipulate your work using Microsoft Office and other programmesOrganisation and time management to complete work to project deadlines
A flexible approach to decision makingSpatial and design skills to be able to visualise projects in 2D and 3DProblem solving, creativity and innovation in order to come up with solutions to design problemsKnowledge of health and safety requirements in order to design in line with industry standardAbility to work well independently and in a team
