The candidate will be responsible for counseling over the phone, by messaging & in person. Advice on the available courses, so as to enable the candidates to make an educated choice & take the right decision. Give clear and accurate information based on the current courses. Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to customers’ queries according to their needs.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Demonstrate a good understanding of educational processes and common issues.Excellent level of attention to detail with sound business judgment.Experience working as an enthusiastic member of the team with previous supervising experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
