Job Description : Financial Analysis is responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including financial control, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the line of business CFOs on how to increase profitability and efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities:Strong exposure to business management and reportingMonth end reporting – support month-end close by reviewing and posting adjustmentsResponsible for monthly Forecasting processCommunication of Monthly forecast with comments and analysis.Yearly planning exercise.Maintenance of reference dataPlay a proactive role in enhancing the current BAU processesThe role is an individual contributor role and will not involve direct people management but will require stakeholder management skills
QualificationsQualified accountant or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldPositive, pro-active, can-do attitude and strong control mindsetAbility to multi-task and deliver quality work under pressureStrong orientation to details and strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication and presentation skills including Excel and PowerPointAbility to develop and leverage strong network of contacts throughout the organisationWorking knowledge of tools like Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, Alteryx, Xceptor, VBA and Python would be an added advantage.Ability to work with teams in multiple locations across different time zones
