Role Summary:
As a Features Associate, you will demonstrate a good eye for detail and know how to manage all the guest articles of a publication and communicate with the guest authors regularly. To excel in this position, the successful candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good at researching.
Excellent at editing and proofreading.
Good at client communication.
Attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with the guest authors and source articles on a regular basis.
Follow-up for continued contribution of content towards the publications.
Establish the publication standards and goals.
Develop a good rapport with all guest authors.
Recommend ideas and suggestions for increasing engagement with guest articles.
Coordinate with designers, media associates, and writers.
Proofread and edit stories articles, if required.
Achieve the monthly and yearly guest author targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or related field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
In-depth knowledge of SEO and social media best practices.
A creative thinker with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience with MS Office.
