Job Description : Key Responsibilities & Authorities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports, cash flow balance sheet, profit and loss statement of comprehensive income statement of equity auditing profit and loss
Processes and overseeing company accounts recievable operations
Manage budget as determined and approved by Top Management
Manage financial facilities from banks. Ensure timely issue of bank guarantees and L/Cs
Maintain current bank finance position
Have access to Division information and planning
Prepare financial statement (Balance Sheet, P & L) on monthly basis
Coordinate budget, strategic, and forecasting planning process for both company-wide business units and corporate departments and manage updates
Manage cash flow position on daily basis and keep an update on forecast
Review contracts with clients
Provide financial data to outside agencies like banks, etc
Randomly get assets verified with books
Coordinate finalization of audits
Advise financial implication of expansion plans
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control
Conduct Technical interviews with potential employment applicants. Identify training requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned by CFO within the job role.
Skills/Experience:
Must have at least 10 years of experience in Finance in the leading oil and gas companies.
Must be Charted Accountant
Must have a Finance/Accounting Degree. Ideally qualified (CPA, ACCA, ACA,)
Strong business acumen.
Must have experience within a Professional Services organization.
Experience with the following important domain:
a. Budgeting and financial reporting, including dealing with external auditors
b. Setting up MIS and documenting financial policies and procedures
c. Business planning and financial modeling
d. Oracle and ERP
e. Maturity and ability to interact with all levels of management
Accountability
Monthly Accounts [P&L, Balance Sheet, Other reports]
Manage OICC Report.
Handles the Financial Data for Tenders.
Transfer of production & projects costs
HO Support for Annual Audit and other
Preparation of five year financial plan
Audit in Time [max 2.5 months after year closing]
