Sattva has offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi, but we are currently working remote.

Primary Role

As a Product content writer, the person will be responsible to write and design collaterals, documents and presentations for Sattva’s multiple internal products. While every day will be different, your general responsibilities will include the following:
Create knowledge bases, product support content, and help centre articles.
Scope and create documentation both individually and by collaborating with teams
Write clear documentation about how to perform technical and other tasks
Write and test published documents to ensure searchability and effectiveness
Create help content (guides, videos, tooltips, guides) for internal knowledge management, user training and our in-house project management tool
Prototype, develop, and test learner-centric digital and blended learning experiences and materials in a variety of delivery modalities
Support the creation of marketing content such as newsletters & social media posts
Support execution of online/offline events such as webinars, user onboarding workshops, social media content for marketing and customer success for products
Evaluate impact and continuously improve content experiences
Qualification and Experience
Creative drive and skills to create and distribute engaging content. A past portfolio of such experience would be an added advantage.
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent visual media content creation skills
Hands-on execution skills with basic content tools
Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Well organized and willing to learn and grow.
Experienced with Microsoft Office or Google Office Suite Bonus
Experience in creating and editing video content
Experience with any design tools (canva, adobe, etc)
