Job Description : About the Role
In this opportunity you will:
Work closely with internal teams to assess BI tooling needs
Be an expert on internal data visualization best practices
Be responsible for enhancing and streamlining business intelligence tools, processes, along with implementing them strategically.
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Build monitoring and quality workflows and alerts
Develop and maintain a report catalogue and reporting standards
Participate in scrum meetings, sprint planning, code reviews etc.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Lead BI Engineer if you meet all or most of these criteria:
Bachelor’s degree required
7 years of experience in Digital, Data, Analysis and/or Technology
Knowledge of building data models
Expert in the use of Tableau Server, SQL, and other languages / applications necessary to create dashboards and reports.
CICD / DevOps / Agile concept understanding
Thorough understanding of data and systems infrastructures
Technical skills in exploring, analyzing, profiling, manipulating data sets (e.g. SQL, Python, Alteryx…)
Knowledge of cloud (AWS, GCP) is a plus
