CM.com is growing fast now that the world is preparing itself for Conversational Commerce. All major chat apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat, and WeChat are opening up new business applications with integrated payment possibilities. We are uniquely positioned to enable our business customers to connect with their audience through these mobile communication channels.
We do so with a broad portfolio of products in CPaaS, Payments and SaaS. Many of our products require integrations with external platforms to truly maximize the value that our customers get out of their products. From bots that communicate with ERPs, to a contact center application getting data from an order system to CRMs that post records to our CDP. To avoid a complex web of point solutions, we are launching a new product: CM Connect. External platforms integrate with CM Connect once, after which the data contracts, authentication, and authorization automatically cascade to multiple CM products.
Who are we
Our messaging platform connects more than 10.000 customers with more than 1000 supplier connections, mostly for SMS messages and with a growing number of new channels such as RCS, WhatsApp, and Apple Messages for business. The team is currently responsible for receiving, logging, routing, and delivering these messages in the best way to our customers.
Our main challenge for the coming years is to improve the scalability and availability of our messaging platform. We currently process more than 20.000.000 messages on a normal day and we are planning for a huge increase every year.
As a Lead C# developer at our India office in Bangalore, you will be part of the team that takes this POC, brings it to market as a mature product, and grows it into a mission-critical integration marketplace.
What’s Required
Responsible for design and implementation of software projects using C#
Experience in front-end technologies like Angular, Vue, React.
Experience delivering software using an agile development process (Scrum preferred)
Willingness to take ownership/responsibility for the product and ability to work in an international team-oriented environment.
Hands-on experience with DevOps
Docker and Kubernetes experience is preferable
What you can offer
