Job Description : 1) LLB /LLM corporate law preferred) from a reputed Indian university 2) Candidate should have experience in working on various aspects of legal and commercial contract management 3) Candidate should have experience in working on redline review and providing risk mitigations for customer (sale-side) NDAs, MSA, SOW, RPF, Contract Change notes (amendments), Inter Company Agreements and various legal and commercial documents. The candidate should have ability to draft various legal and commercial documents as per client requirements. 4) Candidate should have an excellent written (specially email drafting) and communication skills and should have ability to communicate the clients from EMIEA and Oceania regions. 5) Candidates past relevant experience with an renown IT organisations is preferred 6) Candidate should have a prior experience in doing quality check his/ her team members deliverables Given a chance candidate should also be confident of managing a team of lawyers
