Job Description : Lenskart Foundation is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for its Charitable Eye Care Van.Job Responsibilities: Ensure complete and accurate patient registration, which includes recording patient’s detail, handover of glasses and follow upTo carry out day-to-day operations at the centreMaintain data, place and receive orders from the vendorEducate patients and family members about eye health conditions, medications, and instructionsMaintain professionalism and treat patients with respectWillingness to communicate respectfully with the underprivileged category of people on a daily basisOversee centre supplies: organizing, maintaining and communicating needs on weekly basis to Centre HeadCoordinates the maintenance and alteration of Centre areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of Centre facilities Skills and Qualification: Minimum graduate or equivalentWorking knowledge of Computers and proficient in ExcelHighly organized with a strong ability to manage different prioritiesAbility to work with others and use resources to problem solveApply good judgement to fast-changing situationsStrong customer service skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsDesirable: Previous work experience in the eye-health care sector is a plus!Work RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporarySalary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Required)
