Job Title: Quality Audit Executive
Department: Quality Assurance
Location(s): Corporate Office
Reports to: Sales Manager/Sr. Manager
Date: 30/10/2021 – 03/11/2021
Time: 11am – 3pm
Salary Range: 25k to 45k (Net take home), Any exceptions to be approved by HOD & Directors.
Minimum Requirement:
Qualifications: Any Degree, Diploma.
Experience: 3 years, 1 plus in similar role.
Age: 25 to 35yrs preferable.
Location: In and around Thane Preferable.
Objective
The Objective of this role is to audit calls and share feedback and reports as per process.

Prepare and Share audit reports
Coach, mentor and train team on product and process

Ability to identify process gaps on calls and share feedback as per process.
Continuous improvement of quality scores
Provide coaching
MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Data management and Analytics.
