Real Returns is a global initiative at Credit Suisse, designed to recruit talented women professionals and facilitate their return to the workforce after a career break of at least two years.

This is a 16-week paid internship program which commences on May 9, 2022 with a cohort of experienced professionals like yourself. You will get an opportunity to work on business-critical roles and engage with senior leaders and trusted mentors.
This program offers extensive support and tailor-made training to refresh your professional knowledge to ease your transition back to work. We care about your future and will offer a valuable experience if you are ready to restart your career. We will provide you access to resources that will enable you to explore further employment opportunities, however, participation in this program does not guarantee employment with Credit Suisse upon completion of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Your availability for the program from May 2022 – August 2022 (tentative)
Participate in a series of orientation, training sessions and on the job experiences to refresh your professional and technical skills and to help you re-acclimate into the work environment. This would cover a variety of topics such as leadership, presentation and networking skills as well as recent business and regulatory changes in the financial services industry
We look up to your ability to work with commitment and effective problem solving skills with a solution-orientated approach
Participate and ensure proactive approach in business meetings, project activities and associated tasks
You should ensure activities meet and integrate with organizational requirements
You should ensure communication with the teams and peers to ensure smooth information processing and know-how with mentors, managers, and peers

Your skills and experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:
An uninterrupted career break of minimum two years and the dedication to make a return on a permanent basis
Your availability to join a full-time program that will run from May 9, 2022 until August 26, 2022 and may continue into permanent roles
More than 2-3 years of proven relevant work experience is essential with financial services organization(s) in one or more of the following areas of work: Investment or Private Banking, Finance, Operations, Technology / IT, Risk Management, Compliance
An ambitious and creative way of thinking with successful academic and professional track records
A phenomenal problem solving attitude and the proven ability to lead change
The ability to work independently and as a member of a team, determined to make active contributions to the assigned department and the Real Returns cohort
A flexible and adaptable approach to the roles assigned to you
Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
A positive can-do attitude
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
