This commitment to excellence has allowed Bayar’s Coffee to become a house-hold name.Job description: · Maintaining Calendar for all the Department of factory· Ensure front desk log book· Maintaining book for Courier In and out & follow up for till reach the respective concern.· Monitoring of all inward and outward materials· Managing of Visitors and briefing about visitors policy· Movement of People· Maintain stock of Cleaning Material, Stationeries and PPE’s· Schedule of Meeting Room· Training Schedule based on Department requirements· Leave Management· Authorize entrance of people and vehicles· Provide assistance to visitors on their requirement with proper approval from reporting (labour Inspectors, Factory Inspectors, FSSAI officers, Legal Metrology,etc.. · Handling local peoples for any queries· Training to be given for new security onboarding.· Perform First Aid· Response to telephone and in-person inquiries· Ensure employees attendance in regular basis· Collect the Basic information about jobseekers and inform to HR/Production Manager· Schedule meeting· Monitoring Housekeeping Activities· Maintaining security and telecommunication system· Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulationsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Kannada (Preferred)
