Kids can attend a variety of classes such as art, dance, flameless cooking, GK, logical reasoning, and many more. YC is by far the largest kids’ extracurricular & co-curricular platform in India with more than 200K kids attending classes on YC every month. The platform is growing at an explosive rate but there is a lot more to be built.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with deep analytical and product skills! As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include working with the team to define, track and improve product KPIs and use data insights to build market-leading products and experiences.
Your work will require you to:
Analyze metrics to continually improve company products
Identify data-driven business insights to identify opportunities, generate new hypotheses and define product strategies through a deep understanding of the data, customers, and our business
Build dashboards and tools to help our teams make data-backed decisions decisions
Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of new product features and recommend iterations based on findings
Expected skill sets:
Engineering graduates from any premier technology institutes
2+ years of experience in an analytics role.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau & R/Python
Good to have: Prior startup experience
