You would be part of developing an ecosystem for integration of applications into the clinical & operational workflow.
In this team you would be working closely with multiple groups within Philips, external companies and our customers to provide an integrated, holistic offering of healthcare information technology in the cloud that is able to make a difference to patients and clinicians in the field of artificial intelligence.
You will be part of the Engineering team located in Philips India PIC, Bangalore working in close collaboration with team located in Aachen / Cologne (Germany).
You are responsible for
Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the Team using various tools, such as the Scrum Boards and other information radiators.
Facilitates Agile ceremonies such as Sprint / PI Planning readiness, by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through pre- and post-PI Planning meetingsWorks with Program/Product Management, Product Owners, Software Leaders, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.Assists tracking the execution of features and capabilities.Helps manage risks, dependencies and conflicts and escalates and tracks impediments w.r.t project/scrum teams.Provides transparency and radiates status reports through to all relevant stakeholders and supports related activities.Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assesses the agility level of the Team and helps them improve.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationAct as an agile coach for the team.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelors with overall 10 -12 yrs. of IT industry experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a SCRUM Master in a scaled environment with experience in healthcare domainMust have at least 5 years of experience working through the design, development, testing, release cycle and delivering software products to market.
Experience & firm knowledge in cloud systems design concepts and frameworks, Saas
Proven experience in design and implementation of web applications
Cloud technologies (AWS as an advantage), containers, NoSQL DB and Enterprise Java
Experience in below Technologies
Java Development (experience in C# a significant advantage)
AWS services (or equivalent in other CSP)
Enterprise frameworks (at least two of the list)
Spring Boot
Reactive Java
Angular
NG-Bootstrap
Cloud technologies (AWS as an advantage), containers, NoSQL DB and Enterprise Java
Working experience developing on Saas applications.
Proven experience in design and implementation of web applications
Experienced as member of agile teams with different cultures / locations
Experience in source control tools (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Good written and verbal communication skills to technical stakeholders
Solid track record to deliver, also when under pressure
Excellent personal skills
Working experience in agile/SAFe development methodologiesExpertise in estimation and planning for creation of useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.Good people management skills with proven experience in leading scrum teams and implementing software engineering best practices.Good knowledge of DICOM/HL7/FHIRGood understanding of benchmark software engineering practices.Good to have – Certified Scrum Master certification
