Job Description : Job Family Definition:
Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses. As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge. Actively contribute to HPE’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects. Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers. Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal project teams) and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and by providing technical support for deal proposal development.
Management Level Definition:
Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Handling operational issues.
Working on root cause analysis.
Product Patch testing & deployment.
Automation of manual tasks/monitoring tasks via scripting.
Application log analysis.
Should be able to troubleshoot issues in Custom java/python applications.
Hands-on knowledge on TeMIP Operation Issues in all FM Components like TeMIP, ALB, UMB, Access Module, TRS.
Deployment of UCA Value pack.
Knowledge and Skills:
Should have 5 years of technical experience.
Must have experience working within a 24×7 complex, high-pressured environment.
Should understand and have experience in day-to-day operations.
Should have hands on experience with Linux & TeMIP application.
Good scripting experience in Shell/Python.
Should have good understanding about infra (VM Ware, RHV)
Should have hands-on experience on Linux tools – grep, sed, awk
