Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
The IBM Automation Platform is comprised of a full stack of functionality to enable AI-powered automation capabilities for business and IT. The Automation SaaS Foundations organization is leading this strategic effort to deliver the IBM Automation Platform as cloud native as-a-service offerings.
What you’ll do:
As a back-end developer of the Automation SaaS Foundations team, the candidate would be part of a dynamic and critical part of our Automation strategy and would be part of a team responsible for the agile development, testing and delivery of a number of foundational cloud native components critical to enabling the full automation experience using a continuous integration/continuous deployment model.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Familiarity with React or similar UI frameworks
1.5+ years building Kubernetes operators
2+ years experience w/ Kubernetes
1.5+ years experience with Golang or similar
2+ years experience with Node.js or similar
2+ years experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud)
2+ years experience using CI/CD processes
2+ years experience using Git & GitHub, or similar
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Openshift experience a plus; Experience standing up and monitoring cloud services a plus
