Role Description
Role and responsibilities

Provide technical support for network issues via phone calls, email, webex and CRM.
Troubleshoot issues, restore network services with confirmed resolutions, and update with the results.
Update issues in timely/kindly manner
Support Window – Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST; Sat – Sun, 7:30 AM – 3:30PM IST
Weekend rotation after training
Holiday rotation
We are looking for TAC ENGINEERS to support our client product line. Their primary product is Application Delivery Controller which is a Layer 7 loadbalancer. Plus, there are sub modules like TPS, SSLi, DDoS, WaF & CGN which you would be supporting too. This is pure TAC support role for the above products

Technical skills requirements

Solid understanding TCP/IP protocols in depth, familiar with protocols of VLAN, Routing and Forwarding, TCP, UDP, SSL, HTTP, DNS and etc.
Networking problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Mandate Certification: CCNA R&S or Security
Experience/Knowledge on Load balancer (Prefer F5/Citrix) is an advantage
Os: Linux/Window – is an advantage
Tool: SFDC (Salesforce)/Jira]

Nice-to-have skills

Experience in debugging and troubleshooting network appliance
Experience configuring network devices such as switch, router, firewall, VPN gateway, etc.
Familiar with Linux environment and testing tools for network devices.

Qualifications

Should have 2-3 Yrs of relevant experience. Fluent written and spoken English skills, able to use English to communicate with worldwide peers.
Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science or Engineering discipline
