Job Description : 1. Play a leading role in preparing and reviewing policy for the teaching of all Classes I to XII subjects in consultation with Academic Director ;2. Plan and organize the curriculum ( texts , digital content , assessment formats , co-curricular activities ) for all subjects ,for the School , establishing how good standards, continuity and progression can be achieved and sustained;3. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of policy and planning;4. Devise personalized lesson plans for each student after assessing them on a weekly /monthly/ yearly basis .5. Regularly and systematically provide guidance to colleagues on content, methodology and resources;6. Oversee the assessment and recording of pupils’ progress with recording of evidence .7. Conduct at least 3 sessions of teaching per day .8. Counseling students .9. Maintain records and updating all reports on relevant software / social media etc .10. Grievance re-addressal of parents .11. Taking part in preparing kids for interschool/state/national level competition.12. Ensure achievement of the specific learning outcomes for each class as pre-decided with the Academic Head on a quarterly basis .13. Ensuring that at least 30% of students score 100% results .14. Recruiting Teachers , Training , Assessing their performance and monitoring on a regular basis for High School section , in consultation with Academic Head and HR/Admin Dept.15.
