Job Description:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware (Desktop, Laptop and Printers).

Develop and implement business strategy, and influence change through effective relationship management across a wide network of partners

Ensure the service provider owns and provides timely reports on monthly performance.

Provide support/assistance to team members.

Providing technical knowledge, guidance to team

Maintain Asset tracker and to Business team.

Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.

To be ensure to close the tickets with in SLA
Maintain the SLA reports for weekly review meeting
Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers

Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.

Maintain daily performance of computer systems.

Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers

Provide support/assistance to team members.

Remotely Install computer peripherals for users.

Ensure the service provider owns and provides timely reports on monthly performance.

Work with the Vendor teams and other departments to help them learn about changes to market trends.
