Job Description : With significant guidance, addresses tasks related to digital content, digital metrics reporting, or digital user experience and platform development services or technical support in small, straightforward projects and with significant direction from more experienced professionals. Begins to contribute to projects pertaining to the digital marketing focus with which the roles is aligned.With direct guidance, helps to field fields simple requests for digital content updates, analytics, and/or platform updates to improve user experience. May help execute content management tasks, including preparing content updates or assisting with the production of social media channel campaigns. Begins to develop knowledge of best practices.As directed, documents requirements for the execution of an assigned phase of the digital content posting, analytics and insights, or user experience and platforms implementation process. Begins to follow the standard project methodology.With some assistance, may code Email and websites using established templates and frameworks. Runs QA tests to find errors and revises code as necessary or seeks assistance from more experienced professionals.Supports more experienced professionals in running and distributing KPI reporting. Begins to learn how to pull reporting.No direct reports.Submits expenses.Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 0-3 years of total work experience preferred. Experience with software development, HTML development, and/or coding preferred,, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus..
