Ensuring smooth and timely reporting of quarterly and annual audited financial reports of the Group as per Regulation 33 of SEBI(LODR) and Companies Act2. Driving the monthly finance closure, consolidation and reporting accurately the operating &financial performance across the business groups of the company3. Ensuring adherence to the provisions of Ind AS, CARO, ICFoR, relevant provisions of Income Tax Act, GST Act, Customs Act and Companies Act in Financial reporting and maintaining highest standard in the quality of the reports4. Closely monitoring the Internal Financial Controls in the accounting process and guidingthe peer functions in maintaining proper accounts hygiene.5. Understanding the auditing standard and ITGC requirement to facilitate timely interim,quarterly and annual limited reviews and statutory auditCost Audit1. Ensuring smooth and timely completion of Cost Audit as per Companies ( Cost Record and Audit) Rules and maintain cost records2. Developing RPA’s for smoothening the process of Monthly closure & Audit.3. Internal Reporting of Productwise Costing Analysis.Others1. Knowledge of Ind AS, SEBI ( LODR), Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, PF and Gratuity Act, relevant provisions ofCompanies Act, FEMA, Income Tax and GST.2. Updated on Latest Changes on Schedule III.3.Knowledge of latest changes in CARO 2020.4. Exposure in SAP- FICO and BPC5. Exposure to investment and treasury function.6.
