SUMMARY
We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales experts (with Retail Domain) for the role of Business Process Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at SAP Solution Delivery center.
THE ROLE
As a Business Process Consultant, he/she will be part of our teams that are involved in implementing SAP S/4HANA Products and Solutions at Retail / Fashion Customers across the world using our Remote based services. Through our Product/Services, he/she will be able to help Customer to wisely use their resources and provide their customer better products at right place and at right time leading to increase in the Top line and thereby making this world a better place to live.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Domain expertise:
Should have good understanding of Consumer industries – Retail/Fashion/Wholesale domainShould have very good understanding and solution architecting abilities in the core Retail functionalities of Sales and Distribution managementShould be able to relate to SAP’s solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry
Solution expertise:
Should have at least 3 end-to-end implementations with experience in leading the Order to cash track in Retail implementation projects.Proven experience of handling integrations with other modules (MM, FICO, PP, PM) and applications.Solution expertise in the areas of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash / Sales (Cloud or On-Premises) expected with certifications.Knowledge of CRM Solutions and integration with S/4HANA is an added advantage.Hands on delivery experience in Retail/ wholesale project implementation is MUST

Solution Specific Expertise:
Must Have:
oSAP Sales Order Processing (Inquiries, Quotations, Sales Orders to Billing)
oSales Contracts processing
oDelivery processing
oSales Billing, SD-FI Integration (Account determination etc.)
oReturns processing in Sales
oSAP Retail Master data (Sites, Articles, Business Partners etc.)
oPricing in Sales, SAP Retail Pricing
oPromotions processing in Sales and Retail Promotions for stores
oIntegration- Inbound/Outbound Interfaces for Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Pricing etc.
Good to have:
oPOS Inbound and outbound processing
oConsignment
oIntercompany Sales
oThird-Party Sales
oCondition Contracts (Sales Rebates)
oBatch Management / Serial Number Management
Work Experience
At least 9 years of experience as Functional Consultant or similar roleKnowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile FrameworkExpertise in Retail and Fashion Industry is mandatoryExpertise as a Business end user role would be an added advantage
Educational requirements:
Minimum educational requirement – Graduation from a reputed instituteAny Post-graduation from reputed institutes is preferred, although not mandatorySAP Certification in IS Retail and/or SAP S/4HANA SD strongly recommended
