Job Description : Takes the nursing history, summarizes data, and states nursing diagnoses/ patient care needs.Observes and records signs, symptoms, and behaviors, including the physiological status of patients; reports assessment changes, to the concerned authority.Performs admission, discharge and transfer procedures, and assists others with patient’s activities and care.To be responsible for collection of specimens when ordered, ensuring correct labelling and escalate critical values to the consultant to initiate the treatment.To be responsible for preparing assigned patients for programmed medical procedures.To participate in specialists rounds and assist by giving relevant information as regards to nursing observations made on the residents.Carry out routine check at each handover that all equipment’s are in working order and ensure preventive maintenance.To carry out inventory on surgical items and equipment for daily.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
