Client is a leading organization in building materials Job title : CFO Responsibilities:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will have the primary responsibility for
managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, effective internal controls including
reporting, business planning, forecasting, accounting, and cash management.
The CFO will act as a strategic business partner for their International leadership team while
maintaining a close functional relationship between India & Global operations.
The CFO will also act as the Compliance Officer of the company, be responsible to
implement and lead the compliance program in line with the Group company’s code of conduct.
Qualification
Chartered Accountant / Professional Degree in Finance with 15 years+ work experience
Prior experience –
As a Financial controller or leading the finance function in manufacturing, installation, and contracts management project-based business, preferably within the Construction Industry
Proven Customer and Market Orientation demonstrating the Value Add of the finance function externally
Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards & IFRS.
Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting
