Job Description : Job title: Deputy Manager – Record to Report (Tax Professional)
We provide a variety of competitive, innovative and reliable Record-to-Report services from maintaining financial records to financial closing and reporting.
We process, compile and deliver relevant financial information covering Accounting & Closing, Commercial, Tax and Master Data Services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving Record-to-Report optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach. We also support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.
This is your role. What part will you play?
You will be working with tax professionals and will be specializing in India as well as outbound cross border taxation.
You will be handling taxes of Indian companies and permanent establishments outside India including
Preparation/ review of India direct taxes (returns, tax accounting, etc.)
Liaising for compliances of India permanent establishment in the overseas jurisdictions
Assist in tax audits and transfer pricing compliances along with external tax advisors.
Review assessment notices, communicate with tax authorities, organize appeals, support in, coordinate with external tax advisors.
You will be working with the latest tax technology tools including those developed inhouse and be able to contribute to its development.
You will be involved in identify tax saving opportunities, check withholding tax return process, approve withholding tax refunds, advise on requirement of input from other functions (Finance, HR, Legal) and prepare tax related guidelines.
You will consult and decide on the requisite delegation concepts from a personal and corporate tax.
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.
You bring professional experience of at least 2-3 years and have an aptitude for providing solutions to vexed tax issues.
You should be a Chartered Accountant or any other qualified professional with relevant work experience of minimum 2 years.
You should preferably have an all-round tax experience – corporate and international taxes, transfer pricing.
You are open to use technology as a primary driver to deliver tax solutions.
Working experience with SAP would be useful.
