Job Title: Sr. Consultant
Solution Area: Digital Transformation …
Location of Work: Bangalore, India
Work Experience: 3 plus years in Consulting
Qualification: MBA (Tier -1 only), BTech/BE
Skills Required:
Should have led and managed large scale Digital Transformation projects
Deep understanding around Digital Vision, Strategy, Roadmap, Business Case preparation, Opportunity Assessment, Digital Center of Excellence design and Setup, Program Management, Digital Solutioning.
Good understanding of Automation Tools (such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, BluePrism, Power Automate), Blockchain Concepts and Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.), Intelligent OCR solutions, BPM solutions, and how these can be leveraged to solve business problems.
Should have conceptual clarity on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Good to have worked on Python, MatLab, Octave, R-Studio.
Should have worked on digital transformation proposal and pitches, with knowledge on commercial constructs and models.
Should have good knowledge on Project Management concepts esp. Agile.
Should have knowledge on functional areas such as Finance & Accounting, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Tax, Procurement, Master Data Management.
Good to have worked on Chatbots. Good to have knowledge on Google DialogFlow, MS Luis, Yellow Messenger, or any other enterprise Chatbot frameworks.
Good to have understanding on programming languages such as C, C++, Java, .Net Framework, Python, Full-Stack technologies.
Good to have knowledge on Cloud Platforms – AWS, Google Cloud, MS Azzure
Other Requirements:
Good problem-solving skills with a structured approach
Excellent presentation preparation and documentation skills
Good exposure on drafting large proposals and Pitches
Good communication skills
Good client management skills
Good Team Management skills
Should be self-motivated individual
Should be fine travel on project requirements. Expect a minimum travel of about 50%. Travel could be both domestic and international.
