Hiring Economics Teacher for High School having formal teaching experience at school.

Job Summary

Teach & guide students in a wide range of economic and financial topics as required by Cambridge IGCSE programs for grades 9 to 12.

Job Qualifications

Required:
Should be MA (Economics) with very good conceptual and working knowledge
Must have 3 to 8 years of teaching experience in IGCSE/IBDP program
Should have good communication skills to teach
Should be abreast of developments in the field by reading current trends in the market/business and participating in professional conferences/training
Have passion for teaching and guiding students to learn
Willing to learn and participate in the school community

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Education to teach CBSE curriculum
Willing to put in the effort as required by the school /university guidelines
Ability to engage the class and create a learning environment

Job Responsibilities

Actively teach students, create lesson plans, assign and correct tests, assignments & homework, manage students in the classroom, communicate with parents, help students prepare for standardized testing, Attend weekly staff meetings, work with individual students to motivate their abilities and support them to overcome their challenges.
