Their responsibilities will include -Provide support and assistance in developing, implementing, and monitoring new business strategies/initiatives for the organizationSchedule the day-to-day work of the MD as well as follow up with all departmentsBe present in all key meetings and represent the MD in his absence in the meetings, business reviews, critical initiatives reviews, policy discussions etc.All communication will flow through EA and be re-directed to concerned departments/staff and only issues that require MD attention will be escalated.Handling MD’s emails.Accompanying MD in dinners/parties organized for the client as and when required.Takedown the minutes of meetings, prepare reports and maintain details of the decisions taken at the meeting.Preparing letters, reports, proposals, etc. using google sheets and docsInteroffice correspondenceDelegate assignment according to departmentCorporate communicationsScheduling team meetings and conducting the same as and when requiredDesired Profile: Good communication skills – written/verbalRelationship Building, Strategic Vision and Project Planning, Presentation SkillsVery good command of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)Well Versed with internet and emailingGood personality/Discipline/well-groomed/highly organizedFlexibility to work extended hours in case of specific requirementsSpeed Editing of Minutes of Meetings.Exceptional documentation skillsGood Command of Calendar OrganizerExcellent communication and presentation skills, ensure that relevant stakeholders are kept apprised of project progress and challenges while ensuring that the level of detail is appropriate for each audience.Equally capable of handling large, complex projects, as well as multitasking across a number of smaller ones, adapting management style to fit the situation.Preferred background in Human Resources to handle grievancesPast experience with working on a Project management tool will be preferred ( EX: Asana, Jira, etc )Perks and Benefits: Opportunity to work with a growing start-up company.Learning from experienced professionalsGrowing to a Managerial position in case of exceptional performanceJob Type: Full-time, Internship, FresherCTC: -Internship: – ₹60,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per annumFULL TIME: – ₹150,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per annumJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, InternshipSalary: From ₹100,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payApplication Question(s):What is your last drawn salary?What is your expected salary?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
