Job Description : Full Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager Specialist. The Specialist will be expected to handle Google AdWords, Facebook Ads campaigns for a variety of clients in various industries (Real Estate, Home Decors, Hotels & others). This person will work directly with our Online Marketing team and report directly to our Digital Marketing Strategist.RESPONSIBILITIES: Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive resultsIdentify and maximize new opportunities for growthPerform full keyword research and develop related strategies.We need someone who has proven experience creating and optimizing other paid ads campaigns.Lead the day-to-day relationship with platforms like Google, Facebook and others.Work as a part of the core Growth Team, reporting directly to the Growth HeadRegularly identify and act on growth and optimization opportunities in all campaigns.Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords and audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goal.Day to Day Posting on different Social Media Channels, Sharing in particular groups, send invites & do likes.Give time to time reply to the clients / customers.REQUIREMENTS: Self-starter, motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently.Proficient in Google, Facebook, and Instagram Ads manager.Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.Social Media expert with end-to-end experience on Social Media Campaigns.Ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and meet multiple deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthExperience: 2 to 3 yearsQualification: Graduation (Preferred)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
