WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Lead Engineer, IAM, GAP. This role is part of Global Architecture & PaaS, GAP aggressively innovates solutions to drive growth while creating and implementing tools that help make everything else in the company possible. Along with strong leadership skills, the candidate needs to have a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and data analysis, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be self-motivated and operates with a high sense of urgency and a high level of integrity.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

We are building and supporting petabyte-class solutions that consume fast moving streams from eCommerce, retail and partner channels to power the critical decisions that drive our business. You will be a key part of Nike’s Digital Transformation initiative to help deliver efficient data access, reliable data warehousing platforms, enhanced compliance and reduced risk. We’re hiring a Lead Engineer with talent and persistence who can leverage their existing skills and learn new ones and lead a talented IAM team. You should have extensive experience in many of the specific technical skills we’re looking for and be expert enough to help ramp up others quickly.

IAM provisioning system development, configuration and customization, for all aspects of Nike application on-boarding utilizing standard or custom connectorsProvides high level approach and and design of product delivery to align with organizational objectives.Provide technical guidance and consultation to IAM dev teams and vendors.Contribute to innovation of software development across IAM domainsProvide day to day leadership and mentor other professionals part of the team.Develop custom connectors, including native/built-in connectors, as well as development of custom connectors. Experience with JDBC, SAP, LDAP/Active Directory, Azure AD connectors preferred.Development of IIQ workflows, rules, etc.Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, Hitachi, Cloudknox.Experience with IIQ/IAM development and deployment in an agile environmentAbility to review business requirements and create proposed development optionsConfigure UI views, request items, approvals, access reviews and re-certifications, reports, etc.Work closely with the IAM Architect, IAM Program Management team, QA Lead, and Application team resourcesProvide SailPoint IdentityIQ technical support to Operations team as requiredTroubleshoot existing processes and be able to provide solution options within a large, complex environmentEnsure Nike’s security policies and applicable regulatory guidelines are adhered to in the implementation of IAM solutions.
Experience with SCIM 1.0, SCIM 2.0 connectors and IIQ integrations with SaaS applications preferredProvide L3/L4 technical support to Operations team as requiredOther duties and responsibilities as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING

BS/MS in CS, a related field or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge with 8-10+ years’ experience of Identity and Access Management standards, principles and practices. This should include 3+ years of engineering/development experience in a large scale environment.Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta, CloundknoxExperience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers (Tomcat and/or JBoss), HTML.Experience with IAM systems on both Windows and UNIX (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Workday) a plus.Familiarity with RBAC a plus.Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.Information Security or internal IT audit experience a plus.The ability to learn and apply new concepts quicklyProven analytical and problem solving abilitySuperior communication, ability to explain complex concepts
