The Loss Prevention Generalist will take ownership for shrink while monitoring various controls for Retail, Corporate, and Manufacturing Factory locations. The ideal Loss Prevention Generalist will be responsible for supporting all loss prevention, safety, and security initiatives designed to safeguard company assets.

This is a Temporarily Remote opportunity that will be a future Hybrid-based role.
What you will do:
Support Loss Prevention/Asset Protection strategies, standards, and processes using a customer-centric mindset to deliver results drive store sales and maximize efficiencies and productivity.
Leverage data gained through process evaluations and brand data research to influence investigative direction and management.
Perform trend analysis to audit transactions for theft/errors, review video as required for the retail division.
Monitor fraud alerts for catalog orders.
Act as a backup for Codevi/TCA/Retail/Distribution Center, On-site Audits, various reports, and customer responses.
Maintain insurance database; request current policies, handle requests for new Contractors/Handymen.
Responsible for reviewing ADT/Tyco activity and managing service tickets (Burglar Alarm/CCTV/Biometric). Manage company-wide ADT alarm testing.
Collaborate with other LP employees to prepare and perform various division audits.
Perform video monitoring of all locations for theft and safety issues.
Utilize a variety of methods in monitoring and assisting with the tracking of product shortages.
Prepare physical inventories, review results, and communicate shrink-reducing techniques and strategies with Retail Management.
What you will bring:
Use trend analysis, review video, and draw valid conclusions.
Read, analyze, and interpret procedural manuals.
Convey information to peers and respond to questions from Risk and LP team members.
Solid working knowledge of current technology and its application to the role (Burglar Alarms, CCTV, case management software, exception-based reporting, etc.)
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow through and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to Multitask while maintaining organization
Knowledge of Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to work with employee diversities
Experience in customer service and/or a high-pressure, multitask environment
Maintain extreme confidentiality of all related information and investigations.
Strong skills developing relationships across all levels and functions
2-year degree or equivalent experience
