Job Description
While reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the following –
Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing products
Develop an offline and online brand strategy
Devise the strategy and lead the in-house teams across key channels like SEO, PPC, Affiliates and Performance Partnerships, Digital Media (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, & Video), Conversion Marketing (primarily email & SMS), Mobile Apps (ASO, Networks, & App Growth strategies), Facebook & Google channels
Drive Thought Leadership for Consumer Acquisition & Retention
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Work with Brand, Business, Tech, UX teams for a top-notch digital customer experience and engagement
Set and administer an Annual Marketing budget
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
Manage and refine the organization’s social media and PR presence
Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization’s databases and external data
The Successful Applicant
14-20 years of experience in digital, direct & performance marketing, with experience of building & leading a team and achieving ambitious results for pan India operations
Candidates from Internet/e-commerce background will be preferred
Expertise and knowledge of growth marketing strategies, performance marketing, re-targeting, paid digital channels
Strategic orientation coupled with the capabilities to cultivate current relationships for business
Good know how of related market operations including competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and potential clients
Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities along with multi-cultural leadership experience
Strong mobile app marketing and analytics experience with a proven track record for driving new mobile app usage, engagement, and repeat usage
Good understanding of SEO and PPC with proven results
Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset with a focus on ROI
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have agility in adapting to the situation
