Openshift deployment and support Day 2 operations
Solution designing as per customer needs
Driving discovery workshops with end customer
Manage and Deploy Applications in Containers with the Red Hat OpenShift Platform
Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
Participate in mentoring and knowledge transfer to customers and other team members.
Work with senior staff to guide adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve lifecycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market
Design and advocate solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods
Skills required
Overall 4+ years of experience of working on open source products and technologies
1+ years in a related technology role in consulting, operations, development, or related internships
3+ years of experience with cloud and Linux technologies
1+ years of experience with automation frameworks and tools like Puppet, Ansible by Red Hat, or CFEngine
Ability to serve as a technical mentor to consultants providing valuable, timely, and accurate technical mentoring
Experience managing a small team in a technical leadership capacity
Ability to engage with customers as part of the presales process for services; ability to identify and promote a delivery methodology to meet customer project management requirements
Detailed knowledge of selected technical skills in the following areas:
System management
Clustering and storage management
Varied types of virtualization
Identity management focused around Red Hat technologies
Security management with focus around SELinux policy creation and hardening Kernel internals
Should have worked on Kibana, Grafana and Prometheus
Customer facing, good communication skills both written and verbal
