Description
Base Expectations
Base expectations would require consistent evidences of:
Project Delivery
Good basic accounting knowledge
Good knowledge of Financial Statements
Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Well versed in Excel
Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems a plus
Analytical and logical mind to review work done by an Executive

Practice Management
Meeting deadlines
Being role models for peers and juniors
Adhering (100%) to hygiene factors such as timesheets, leave compliance and risk policies
Supporting and participating actively in team wide initiatives

In addition to the base expectations, a spike case would include consistent evidences of the below attributes:
Project Delivery
Completing projects in a timely manner with a good quality
Managing delivery of multiple projects in an effective manner
Allocating and follow up on tasks to junior team members
Reviewing the work done by junior team members

Practice Management
Displaying strong presence and impact to the wider team
Prepare and manage project plan
Resource planning for seamless delivery of work

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of Accounting experience
Graduation/ Post-Graduation/ Chartered Accountant
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Proficiency in mining data from databases and resources

Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical ability
Target driven and customer focus
Solution focus mindset
Attention to detail – Quality and time conscious
Work collaboratively with the onshore teams and deliver quality services by enforcing quality and KPMG standards
