About the team:
The analytics team comprises passionate problem solvers who share a common vision of enabling decision-making through data-driven strategies.

Roles And Responsibilities

You create strategies using data and insights to drive all teams to work cohesively, optimizing each to improve business metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to come up with actionable, high- impact insights across product lines and functions.
Partner with product / operations / business managers and other stakeholders to drive and create the right roadmap and strategies
Work with large ambiguous problem statements and break them down into meaningful problems to solve
Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics including forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
Communicating findings to stakeholders and taking initiatives for improving business performance.
Ensure that data and analysis is presented in a format that is appropriate for a varied audience using data visualization, dashboards, or other methods.
Drive development of self-serve dashboards & reports on tools like Tableau for empowering various teams with incisive data to make decisions on a day to day basis
Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights.
Filter and cleanse unstructured (or ambiguous) data into usable data sets that can be analysed to extract insights and improve business processes
Using advanced analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, revenues, and risks of business initiatives.
Strong adherence to process-oriented work, detailed planning and timely execution of projects

Desired Skill-sets:

Education and experience: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering preferably with work experience of 3+ years in Business & Data Analytics
A passion for helping organizations understand how to solve problems through analytics.
Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment.
Experience with real-world projects around advanced analytics – optimisation, prediction, etc.
Hands-on experience of automating critical reports and creating self-serve dashboards for consumer teams
Proficiency with analytics and database technologies and tools (SQL/R/Python etc.), data transformation and processing. Work experience with real data for customer insights, business and market analysis will be advantageous.
Experience with a visualization tool such as Tableau, etc.
