We’re looking for a Java Developer who expects more from their career. For our fast-growing engineering hub with experience in Java development and in eCommerce, recommenders and personalization domain preferably.

Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders, understanding of various design and architectural patterns, and understanding of API dev, unit tests, and CI/CD deployments would be key to being successful in the role.

It’s a chance to apply your expertise to work on dunnhumby’ s suite of Media products.

What we expect from you

Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
Strong in Core Java and Java 8 programming.
String in Collections, Generic IO, and multi-threading.
Working knowledge in Spring and associated modules Data, MVC, Rest Controllers, Spring Security.
Working knowledge of dealing with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and custom repositories such as Nexus, Artifactory.
Good knowledge of SQL and associated patterns (DAO, Repository).
Writing Unit tests and setting up CI/CD for own repositories.
Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Spring Boot will be a plus
Basic knowledge of deploying application in public cloud AWS, Azure, GCP (preferred).
Knowledge of Kubernetes will be a plus.
