Job Description : Data & Analytics for End User Workspace is a dynamic and critical product portfolio used by critical functions across JPMC like Cyber Attack Analysis, Infrastructure Operations, HR employee analytics and the firms Operating Committee (ExecutiveLeadership) to make key decisions. This covers data and analytics for employee behaviour, assets and products.and ‘Team’here is referred to as Digital Workplace Analytics team
Workspace Inventory Analytics Service takes care of the Assets life cycle and Inventory processing. It provides a single authoritative source for managed or discovered referential data for EUS workspace inventory used by our employees across the firm, whilst maintaining data integrity and data access to our clients through well defined APIs and data contracts.
As a member of our Digital Workplace Analytics team, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate about solving business problems through innovative and very large-scale data analytics.
Primary responsibilities include:
Designs, analyzes, develops, reviews, tests, debugs, delivers and supports software and/or new products
Coaches and mentors members of the team
Demonstrates strong understanding of the importance of end to end software development which may include working in Agile frameworks & DevOps Practices
Helps set strategic direction for the team
May be responsible for talent acquisition
Cultivates trust through personal and team relationships with a range of Product Owners
Mentors and develops to high level of performance; shares tacit knowledge gained from experience
Engages with technology and business leadership to evolve architectural principles and ensure alignment with technology solutions with these principles

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Must Have :

10+ Years of Software development with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages with hands on Java/J2EE/Spring Framework, REST Web services.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems.
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.
Understanding of Oracle Database preferable SQL, PL/SQL Knowledge.
Expertise in Testing Frameworks such as Junit, AssertJ, and Mockito.
High Working proficiency in developmental tool sets such as Eclipse/Intellij, Jenkins/Jules, GIT, and Maven build.
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.

Nice to have :

Expertise in Domain Driven Design
Knowledge of Public and Private Cloud development and deployment including Kubernetes containers and/or AWS EKS
Expertise in Performance testing tools.
