Be part of this fantastic opportunity and inspiring culture of steadfast innovation towards Ingenuity for Life.Responsibilities: Develop a curriculum-based strategy and plan for K-12, with initial emphasis on 6-8 and 9-12Perform needs analysis and create preliminary architecture design for coursewareEditorial oversight for our team of learning asset developersDesign & develop learning modules, assessments & assets as neededCollaborate and coordinate with external curriculum/content partnersCollaborate with product managers, software engineers, and LMS resources to define approaches for integrating curriculum within our software offeringWork directly with customers to understand requirements, trends, and obtain product feedbackCoordinate with State Education Departments, Central Education Department, NEP as well as professional private associations such to develop market requirement based curriculum.Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: * Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching STEM within secondary school or higher educationMinimum 5 years’ experience designing and developing STEM related curriculumExperience using or teaching engineering technology, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) and other software/platforms.Understanding of the engineering design process.Proven experience in product design a plus.Proven ability to provide editorial oversight for other curriculum developersAbility to conceptualize and author content using modern multi-media and online publishing patterns and technologiesFirm grasp of secondary school pedagogy and applicable curriculum standards, e.g. Next Generation Science Standards.Strong understanding of educator requirements for curriculum adoptionUnderstanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion requirements that drive highly accessible learningStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills on all levels, including the ability to articulate sophisticated technology concepts simply and conciselyProven collaboration skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively work across organizations to achieve resultsFluency in EnglishJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:YesEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Curriculum development: 3 years (Preferred)STEM Course: 3 years (Preferred)Content creation: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
