Role Overview:
Bechtel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Bechtel India office, situated at Gurugram. The coordinator will collaborate with regionally based Talent Acquisition Hubs and International Bechtel Project locations to facilitate processes and procedures in key areas of the overall hiring cycle. These areas will include but not limited to Job Requisition postings, Interview Arrangement, Offer Package Management, Candidate Onboarding and producing candidate status reports. The TA coordinator will act as a liaison between the Candidate, Regional TA Specialists, Project HR and Regional Hiring Managers.
This role will require organization in managing daily priorities with focus on detail and data integrity. This role will have a high level of customer service interaction with internal and external customers.
Job Duties:
Review and verify job posting structure with focus on consistency in structure of description, required skill sets (Location/Project Description, Essential Skills, Preferred Skills and Position Description) and Maintain KPI/SLA of posting in timely manner.
Schedule local and remote interviews by coordinating with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers and external candidates
Manage all interview / hiring related travel and expense reimbursement of candidate/employee
Generate and process offer package administration documents for candidates selected for hire
Work efficiently in Talent Acquisition systems & software (Success Factors, SAP, Power BI etc.)
Ensure interview feedback and Bechtel Interview Forms are completed
Prepare recruitment reports on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis as required
Coordinate the candidate on-boarding process including but not limited to ensuring timely pre/post hiring in SAP, completing the joining forms as per requirement of the office of the new hire
Manage background verification process of new hires and act as first point of contact with vendor.
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience OR 5+ years of overall experience in lieu of a degree
Prior experience working in Talent Acquisition function
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service oriented
Advanced level experience with MS Office suite
Ability to analyze and present data as per need
Demonstrated ability to prioritize & meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment, with strong attention to detai
