About the Role:

Create, build and maintain positive relationships across the artist and talent community in the region.
Educate our key artist & talent community on Resso about tools and resources, which help them optimise their impact on their listeners
Work closely with artists on all important and priority releases in India and help make it a success on Resso
Enable a deeper artist and artist-fan engagement with Resso
Work in partnership with the local and global content and marketing teams to ensure content strategies are localised and campaigns are efficiently implemented.
Be an advocate for Resso’s interests and initiatives externally within the creator community.
You have a true passion for the music industry and for building relations within the music segment.
Experience in establishing 1-1 relationships with artists, music directors and their representatives.
You have experience with label and artist relations in an established digital music service, record label or at a media company in India.
You have a strong music and technology background. Any formal training and education in music is a plus.
A solid network of artists and musicians with a special focus on Hindi/ Punjabi artists.
Solid understanding of consumer trends and opportunities in the music industry.
Highly organised and capable of developing and keeping to a project timeline.
Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships externally and internally
You are well organised, dedicated, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
You possess a flawless level of written and spoken English and Hindi and proficiency in any other Indian language is a plus.
You are numerate and adept at analysing and interpreting data to use it to set goals
Experience in cross-functional workflows
