Job Description
Requirements
Knowledge of Trouble shooting API’s

Strong SQL queries knowledge, experience connecting to DBs and running queries

Experience working with onsite L3 teams, collaborating on major/critical issues, being part of P-1/P-2 calls

Strong incident management experience and SLA management (Major incident management)

Strong Experience in being part of Production/Application support team

Comfortable with 24/7 shifts, on-call duties during weekdays and weekends

Good to have :

Strong Azure platform knowledge (Azure App Services – Health, Webjobs; Web job Functions, Azure Monitors, Application insights) – Preferably Azure Certified Admin at least

JIRA ticketing tool

Knowledge of SAAS, PAAS, APIs, SWAGGER routes, Application data flow

Experience preparing technical runbooks, SOPs and publishing on Confluence

Good knowledge of monitoring tool for SAAS and IAAS technologies – Preferably Dynatrace
