Roles and Responsibilities
Answering & Directing phone calls, taking, organizing and distributing messages/correspondence.Maintaining company schedules.Maintaining and ordering office supplies.Scheduling meetings and conferences.Typing, preparing and collating reports.Organizing documents and paperwork and maintaining a filing system.Organising & servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).Managing databases – all Lists like Insurance, Credit Cards etc.Prioritising workloads.Liasing / coordinating with relevant organisations and clients – Manufacturing Party’s, Trade Marks, Company Secretary.
Working in a receptionist capacity to greet clients, customers and visitors.Answering calls.
Supervising Staff & new Employees.Implementing administrative procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
> Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
> In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite (WORD & EXCEL MUST).
> Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
> EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS.
> Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
> Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
> A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
> Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
