Job Description : Your field of responsibility
Join us an ENO within Finance Operations Reporting & Analytics team, where you will be responsible for development and maintenance of day to day reporting requirements, including, but not limited to business intelligence systems and reporting tools. You will be required to work with cross functional teams to understand and meet reporting requirements. You must be proactive enough to ensure the availability of necessary data and information for ongoing daily operations and strategic-planning.
Key responsibilities will include:
Own end to end reporting and MIS delivery and be responsible for ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all reports
Preparing and presenting information to Senior members of the bank as well as business partners
Development and maintenance of regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements
Planning and implementation of overall analytics and business intelligence strategy
Lead the design and development of analytic projects to drive operational efficiencies
Work with business customer/partners to understand the reporting requirements; primary stakeholder/partners includes business division, finance operations and the CFO management
Partner with technology and innovation teams to deliver a highly stable reporting platform
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics tools including MS office tools, Qlik Sense etc.
Ensure adherence to company policies around data governance & security

Your skills and experience
You’ll be a good match, if you are:
Graduate with 6-8 years of relevant experience is essential
Demonstrate outstanding data analytics and modeling skills
Proficient in MS Excel, BI applications, SQL and database concepts
Proven experience in data quality and governance
Experience in business intelligence tools like Qlik, Tableau etc.
Proven knowledge of programming and scripting like VBA, Qlik Sense scripts, Python, R etc.
Understanding of data science concept
Understanding of Source to Pay operations will be added advantage
Outstanding written and verbal business communication skills
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure
