We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who have a hands-on attitude and make great ideas a reality.Job posting end date: 04/30/2022Job Title: Global Project Planning EngineerPosition Summary: Responsible for Global planning of (Valve operation Department) VOP’s Global Planning team, analyzes quote and Order data to optimize supply chain and manufacturing strategy.Responsibilities: Global Projects orders reviews for on time deliveries or meet customer targeted date.Identify critical item problem in supply chain area, create ticket or planning reviews, make correct decision to assign task to related people in ERP/MRP/Planning System.Follow action status and provide summary of projects to Project Managers.Daily record assigned data in designated format.Monitor improvements to supply and manufacturing schedules to meet customer expectations.Define delivery lead time for project orders at quotation stage for different warehouses, update in system.Must be comfortable to discuss with other departments.Travel to manufacturing hub and attend meetings with appropriate departments to present and discuss on going projects either in execution phase or in quotation stage.Should be open for a multifunctional role within the organization.Fulfill rules & regulation of global planning team.Require Knowledge Skills and Abilities: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Instrumentation) and Diploma in Supply chain management (Preferable)Sound hands on experience on ERP system (M3 – will be plus) /MRP and supply chain management.At least 4-5 years of experience in supply chain production or material planning in valve business or industrial product.Good Communication skills.Good Command on English in speaking, reading and written.Good command on MS Office, eg: Excel, Word, Outlook … etc.Result oriented, quick learner and response.Good team player and customer service spirit.DisclaimerThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of the work performed by employees within this classification.
