Information Technology provides internal information technology solutions and support for ZS, including custom enterprise Web and ERP applications, IT infrastructure and technology support.
IT HELP DESK ASSOCIATE
We seek IT Help Desk Associates to join our Pune, India office. IT Help Desk Associates handle 1st level support calls from ZS offices worldwide in a user environment consisting of laptop and desktop computers running the standard suite of business applications.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting IT-related issues for a user population of ZS employees and clients using ZS proprietary software via telephone and remote access
Common query topics include: VPN via RSA soft token, IP telephony, Active Directory and Exchange, network connectivity, file server and file share access, application-specific issues);
Complete administrative tasks, such as tracking help desk calls, assisting with organizational efforts and asset management;
IT team projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree desirable;
1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support, or as a Helpdesk Associate (preferred);
A+ certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator;
Ability to approach problem-solving methodically and analytically;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Strong customer service orientation;
Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion;
Ability to work varied hours, enabling support in a 24/7 environment;
Ability to travel between offices, primarily within India.

ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
